The Four Pillars of Secular Paganism are: 
"spread your gods, spread your law, spread your sword, spread your children"

Let's review the seven Pagan Natural Laws which are the basis of Secular Paganism

1. No monotheism/bitheism
2. No anti-blasphemy  laws
3. Adult free-love but high fertility  
4. No murder
5. No theft
6. No animal/environmental cruelty 
7. Set up courts of justice 

The last law asks the Secular Pagan to set up a court.  Obviously a court with the ability hand out punishments cannot exist unless it is backed by the state powers, and so Secular Pagans are commanded to seek to gain control of governments.  So how do Secular Pagans gain control of the state?  From the seven Pagan Natural Laws used to create Secular Pagansism we can derive four pillars of conquest: "spread your gods, spread your law, spread your sword, spread your children". 

Spread Your Gods (or your atheism)

If Secular Pagans are going to gain power, there needs to be lots of pagans. One way to get lots of pagans in your society is to evangelize for your gods.  Ways of doing this will be discussed later but it is important to make sure people know paganism exists and to generate an appreciation of the gods. Since the monotheists seek to destroy the plural powers, and monotheism is banned by Secular Paganism, you must also spread anti-monotheism and anti-bitheism. You want an appreciation of the gods and an antagonism toward monotheism in society to prepare it to accept Secular Paganism.  Secular Paganism also allows atheism and so atheists are also welcome to spread their lack of faith, as long as they do not promote banning polytheism.  

Spread Your Law

Once polytheism and atheism are high in society and there is more disdain for monotheism and bitheism, you can begin suggesting the Secular Pagan laws as a legal system for society.  there are many steps you can take to begin the process of enshrining Secular Paganism into your state constitution, and this will be discussed at a later time, but a general understanding of the law should become present in your society and you should agitate to have these laws installed. 

Spread Your Sword 

Secular Paganism does not tell you what to do to take control of the state, it can be done through voting or by violence (but only if a violent revolution is likey to work, if you are too weak keep plotting for a while).  Once you are in power, you must spread and enforce the law in the land.  You must spread your sword internally and cleanse your society of monothieism, bitheism, anti-blasphemy, sexual regulations of adult humans, murder, theft, animal and environmental abuse, and lawlessness. When you have done this you can then recoup and prepare to spread your sword to other nations which do not uphold Secular Paganism. War with other nations can be physical, but if violent warfare is not possible you must use non-violent methods to topple nations that do not support Secular Paganism. 

Spread Your Children 

A positive birth rate is an institution of Secular Paganism.  You do not need a court to begin breeding in large numbers.  No one will ever be forced to have children, but collectively the group should vow to double their numbers every generation.  This should be happening from the very first phase, when you are spreading the gods, then when you are establishing the law, then when you are spreading your sword, and after that. Once a government is established the government must find ways to maintain a high birth rate without resorting to sexually regulating the adult population. 

If Secular Pagans uphold these four pillars, they can conquer the world.
