Below is a proposed Constitution for the Secular Pagan Party in America, designed as an organizing document that reflects the values of the Constitution of the Secular Pagan State in America. This party constitution is crafted with the explicit intention of guiding the Secular Pagan Party toward eventually taking power and installing the Secular Pagan State Constitution as the governing law of the land. It mirrors the state constitution’s emphasis on the Seven Categories of Laws, the Four Pillars, and the preservation of polytheism, while establishing the party’s structure, goals, and principles for political action.
We, the members of the Secular Pagan Party in America, united by the Four Pillars—"Spread your gods, spread your law, spread your sword, spread your children"—do hereby establish this Constitution to organize our efforts, promote our values, and secure the establishment of a Secular Pagan State in America. We reject monotheism and its corrosive uniformity, embracing instead a legal system rooted in ethical polytheism, natural law, and the freedom to blaspheme, derived not from divine revelation but from human reason and ethics. Our mission is to prepare the nation for the adoption of the Constitution of the Secular Pagan State in America, ensuring the protection of diverse deities, the proliferation of our people, and the triumph of our principles through lawful and resolute action.
The organization shall be known as the Secular Pagan Party in America (hereinafter "the Party").
The purpose of the Party is to:
- Advocate for and ultimately enact the Constitution of the Secular Pagan State in America as the supreme law of the land;
- Promote the Seven Categories of Laws of Secular Paganism as the foundation of governance;

- Oppose monotheism, bitheism, and soft polytheism (shituf) in all forms;
- Ensure the freedom to blaspheme and critique all belief systems;
